Methodology: This check follows wSEO methodology 1.1. How the assessment works
Website Conversion Audit
Find evidenced barriers and testable hypotheses that prevent visitors from completing a lead, purchase, or other target action.
- Goal, traffic sources, and key pages
- Hero, offer, CTAs, navigation, and mobile journey
- Trust, objections, forms, checkout, speed, and analytics
What to prepare
- the canonical URL and exact test journey;
- dated baseline evidence;
- a list of implemented changes;
- the same device, browser, region, and account where these affect the result.
Step-by-step verification
- Offer comprehension within the first seconds
- Visibility and function of the next step
- Form and checkout friction
- Evidence, conditions, and objection handling
- Analytics events, click maps, and session recordings when access is available
Repeat the check at least twice in a fresh window. For non-deterministic AI answers or experiments, use multiple repetitions and do not draw a conclusion from one response.
Acceptance criterion
A funnel map, evidence, priorities, and the exact repair services required.
Save the URL, date, screenshot, HTTP response, or analytics event—the evidence type that directly proves the promised outcome.
The audit separates evidenced issues from hypotheses and does not present subjective preference as a guaranteed cause.
If verification fails
Do not hide the symptom with additional changes. Return to the baseline, check caching and configuration propagation, then compare the actual result with the agreed scope.
