Why is this important:

If you check the site in the resource PageSpeed Insights, then this item there has a name "Remove display blocking resources".

Usually this error is shown at the very top of the list, since all this really slows down the loading.

But this is a general item that may contain CSS styles and JS scripts.

Styles and scripts are eliminated in completely different ways, so for you and me, the task is divided into two stages and these are two different services.

What is included in the service:

CSS styles affect the visual part, so be sure to:

Collect all styles that affect the design of the top of the site (emergency styles)
Embed them into the page itself in the HEAD block (this technology is called “inline styles”)
Then defer loading of all files with styles (special scripts are used for this, which must be carefully implemented)

The overall loading time of the site will not change, but visually the site will be drawn much faster. While the user views the top part, everything else will have time to load.

The price includes the development of one HEAD block. If your HEAD block is used differently for different templates (I haven’t seen such sites for a long time, but you never know), then you’ll probably have to repeat the procedure for all templates.
