AI Visibility Audit
See where the brand is mentioned or cited in AI answers, which competitors are more visible, and what on the site blocks progress.
- A controlled set of commercial and informational queries
- ChatGPT, Google AI, and Perplexity or another agreed platform set
- Technical access, entities, content, evidence, and measurement
What to prepare
- the canonical URL and exact test journey;
- dated baseline evidence;
- a list of implemented changes;
- the same device, browser, region, and account where these affect the result.
Step-by-step verification
- Brand mentions, links, cited pages, and competitors
- robots.txt, CDN/WAF, HTTP responses, indexability, snippets, and JavaScript
- Company, service, author, and structured-data clarity
- Direct answers, facts, sources, dates, cases, and commercial completeness
- AI referrals, conversions, and repeatable measurement
Repeat the check at least twice in a fresh window. For non-deterministic AI answers or experiments, use multiple repetitions and do not draw a conclusion from one response.
Acceptance criterion
A prioritized report covering observed visibility, brand inaccuracies, technical barriers, weak pages, and the exact repair services required.
Save the URL, date, screenshot, HTTP response, or analytics event—the evidence type that directly proves the promised outcome.
The audit does not include implementation or guarantee inclusion in a particular AI answer. Results are time-sensitive and recorded for the audit date.
If verification fails
Do not hide the symptom with additional changes. Return to the baseline, check caching and configuration propagation, then compare the actual result with the agreed scope.
