In style files, for the convenience of making edits, each rule is written on a new line, indentations are made from the edge, empty lines are added between blocks, and so on. It’s not uncommon to see repeated rules, comments, closed pieces of code (left for future use), etc.

The files are difficult to understand because they become unreadable, so a separate version of xxxxxx.min.css is created from the xxxxxx.css file. If you need to make edits, you work with the file xxxxxx.css, which is then turned back into xxxxxx.min.css.
