These Terms of Use govern a visitor's use of the materials and services available on wseo.pw. This document is an agreement between the User and the Website Administration. Not take any action that disrupts or may disrupt the normal operation of the Website or its services, or perform other harmful actions. In particular, the User must not:
- upload, send, transmit, or otherwise publish material containing viruses or other computer code, files, or programs intended to disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer or telecommunications equipment or software, enable unauthorized access, provide serial numbers or generators for commercial software, disclose login credentials or other means of unauthorized access to paid Internet resources, or publish links to such material;
- use automated information-collection tools while using the Website.
If a third party makes a claim or files an action against the Website Administration concerning infringement of copyright or related rights in material published by the User, or concerning the absence of consent from a person depicted in a photograph, the User agrees to take all measures necessary to resolve the claim independently. Upon receiving such a claim, the Website Administration will remove the disputed photograph and may delete the User's registration or suspend the User's access to the Website.
The User agrees to comply with all instructions issued by the Website Administration.
The User understands and agrees that using information obtained from the Website in violation of these Terms may result in civil proceedings or criminal prosecution under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Rights and Obligations of the Website Administration
The Website Administration may:

Request documents confirming that the User holds all rights required to publish photographs or other material on the Website.
Without notifying the User, remove User material or information that does not comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or these Terms.
Use information received from the User for one or more of the following purposes:
- personalizing the Website for the User;
- improving the Website;
- improving the quality of User support;
- processing transactions;
- sending informational email messages;
- the purposes specified in the Email Communications Consent.
At any time and without special prior notice, change, remove, or otherwise modify any Website section or service, including but not limited to:

- restricting, suspending, or terminating specific User privileges;
- limiting the Website's compatibility with particular software or computer equipment.
The Website Administration agrees:

However, if the Website Administration discovers a publication that it believes conflicts with these Terms or the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it may remove that publication.
Opinions published by Users in communication forms may differ from those of the Website Administration.
The User accepts that all or part of the Website's materials and services may contain advertising. The User agrees that the Website Administration bears no responsibility or obligation in connection with such advertising.
The User understands that the Website Administration is not responsible for the User's access to or use of external resources linked from the Website.
The Website Administration is not responsible for the User's violation of the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including infringement of third-party copyright or related rights.
Final Provisions
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved under the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A violation of any provision of these Terms is considered a material breach and may result in action by the Website Administration against the User under the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Website Administration also reserves all other legal remedies available under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or any other applicable jurisdiction.
