Why is this important:
If you check the site in the PageSpeed Insights resource, then this item there has the name "Remove display blocking resources". But this is a general item that may contain CSS styles and JS scripts.
Styles and scripts are eliminated in completely different ways, so for you and me, the task is divided into two stages!
JS scripts do not affect the visual part, which is why they are postponed. The overall loading time of the site will not change, but visually the site will be drawn faster.
What is included in the service:
I wrote above that JS scripts do not affect the visual part, but this is not always the case, so not all scripts can be postponed.
There are also scripts, such as jQuery, which must be loaded before drawing the site structure.
